Our Approach

The eLIFT ™ Implementation Methodology

Employing best-practice project and change management principles (PRINCE2™ & ADKAR™), the eLIFT™ implementation methodology has been designed specifically to ensure the successful uptake of technology changes in small and medium organisations.

With a focus on assisting companies to develop a culture of self-sufficiency, organisations utilising the eLIFT ™ methodology are able to get more “bang” for their CRM buck!

Launch

Ensuring that the project gets off to the best possible start is the key objective of the Launch phase of the implementation. Embedded within the elements of this phase are strong operating guidelines to ensure team member cohesion, as well as tools to build both Awareness and Desire within the team.

Key elements of the Launch Phase are…
  • Pre kick-off discussion
  • Provision of a Project Charter to highlight
    • Roles and responsibilities
    • Communication method, channels and frequency
    • Change management processes
    • Risks and assumptions
    • Project Kick-Off meeting
    • Provision of the project schedule

Scoping technology projects in a clear and comprehensive manner is essential to the success of any system implementation. However, before any business technology can be scoped, the business, customer and key project drivers need to be understood in detail. The Intelligence phase of the implementation ensures that all parties are clear about the procedural changes, organisational changes and technical functionality that will exist as a result of the implementation.

Key elements of Intelligence include:
  • Role-specific scoping workshops
  • Functional Scope Documentation (D01 and J01 documents)
  • Team review meetings
  • Project schedule and costing reviews

Framework

The Framework phase of the project encompasses all of the activities and controls that ensure a stable and meaningful technology implementation. More than just coding, installation and configuration, Framework ensures that key team members are as involved in the development of the project as they need to be to ensure business and customer related outcomes.

Key Elements of Framework include:
  • System design, installation and build
  • Report and BI design and implementation
  • Functional review workshops
  • Management of scope change
  • User acceptance testing

Although it is embedded throughout the entire implementation, Transform is the final cornerstone of the eLIFT ™ implementation methodology. The components of Transform ensure that the team is prepared for the changes that come with newly implemented systems and technology. More than just training, the Transform phase of implementation utilises best practice change management practices to ensure that the team have the knowledge, ability and tools at their disposal to make efficient use of the system and drive organisational performance.

Key elements of Transform include:
  • Training Manuals
  • Role-specific training workshops
  • Supporting documentation and training tools
  • Go Live System Support
  • Post Implementation Reviews
