Daniel Dickens is a 15 year veteran in the world of customer relationship management (CRM) systems and strategy. He is a former Senior Consultant and Head of Services for several CRM implementing partners and has received accolades from leading vendors Microsoft and Sage for his work with both business and technology.
Over the years, Daniel has helped 100’s of organisations achieve visibility into their client’s needs and implement strategies to acquire, retain and better engage their clients in a proactive and well-planned manner. His acute understanding of business and clear communication style helps to both inspire and educate the people he works with.
It is his passion to drive positive change in organisations that has seen his clients excel in their implementations of CRM and performance measurement initiatives. Clients to benefit from Daniel’s experience span a range of industries such as Financial Services, Telecommunications, Real Estate and Government. He also has strong international experience through his years working in Europe, Asia and the Middle East.
In addition to his CRM qualifications Daniel has an impressive list of certifications in disciplines such as Project Management, Change Management and has completed a Finance MBA. In addition, he has held several senior management positions in financial services and business process outsourcing firms. His contribution has been instrumental in driving revolutionary change in the areas of customer service, client/investor visibility and process compliance.
Daniel designed and implemented a number of award winning CRM programs, including the Xpress CRM implementation methodology that received Microsoft Dynamics CRM Partner of the Year in 2007.
